Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of receiving your order. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.

During busy periods, dispatch may take a few additional working days. We will contact you by email if there is a significant delay with your order.

Shipping methods, costs and delivery times

All orders are sent by Royal Mail. The available shipping option and cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

The prices and estimated delivery times are:

• Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter: £1.95
  Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 Large Letter: £2.95
  Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 Small Parcel: £3.95
  Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 Medium Parcel: £5.95
  Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Orders sent using a Tracked 48 service include tracking. You will receive your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it at cathysartx@outlook.com and include photographs of the damage.
